Extra Charging for bill payments

Sir,

I V.Srinivas R/o. Ramachandrareddy Nagar Colony, Ramachandapuram, Hyderabad (Cell No.9885096715). Since 3 months I am paying my telephone bills (Vodafone) through aponline at Beeramguda Kaman (Shop named Heritage Parlour).

He is charge extra payment of Rs. 5/- for above 500 Bill and Rs.4/- for below 500/- etc., I have been questioned him twice also. He is demanding to pay extra charge of Rs. 5/- or he is not going to take the bills. I have seen him collecting extra payment for electricity bills from every body.

So, I request you to look into the matter and check personally and see that further bills paid by the public free of cost.
