Mr. Pawan, Executive (Mobile no. 9871663865) visited my home in Septemeber 2009 for promotion of Reliance Big TV. In responce to his demonstration I agreed to pay him an intial booking amount subject to verification of services in the locality. Mr. Pawan promised me to refund the amount in case I refuse to accept the installation offer. As a result an amount of Rs. 1499/- (vide cheque no. 383929 dated 14.09.2009 payable at Punjab National Bank, Lodhi Rod, New Delhi) was paid by me. However, after verifying the service record of Reliance Big TV in our area I decided to cancell my booking and requested Mr. Pawan and his superior Mr. Sudarshan (0998707771) and also their Local area manager for refund of booking amount. The company is not responding to my request, the cheque had been encashed by them and all the above execuitves of Reliance Big TV are not traceable as they have switched off their mobile nos. I am seeking out the option of presenting my case to consumer court and other leading newspapers.
