IN BLAZEFLASH COURIER PACKETS 43 m FABRIC IS MISSING and also 14zippers of 18” long.
I HAD SENT COURIER THROUGH BLAZE FLASH COMPANY BOOKING DATE 3 Oct. and 20 Sept CONSIGNMENT NO- 213883660 and 213884992, FROM DELHI TO LUCKNOW. The packages were not insured but that doesn’t mean that Blaze flash can wash there hands from there responsibility of delivering the entire contents of the packet intact.
Our Lucknow Office has given a lot of call to the Blazeflash, Lucknow Office to Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Sanjay Srivastava and also discussed the matter with Mr. Sachin Aggarwal (mobile no. 09810629898) and send mail to Mr. Bedi, GM Corporate and Mr. S.D.Agarwal, CMD. But all seem to have gone in vain as people from top to bottom want to shirk off their responsibility that unless packages are insured they are not liable for any content lost.
The cost of the missing fabric is 43@72=3096 cost of zippers is 163. Total loss to us is Rs 3260 . The contents lost can’t be replaced but at least blaze flash should reimburse us the entire cost or consider sharing the loss with us.
I think the statement made by Mr Sachin Aggarwal said it is not the responsibility of the Blaze flash. If it is not insured then they are not responsible for packet, shows the commitment that blaze flash is ready to make to its customers.
Maybe losing one customer may not hamper blaze flash but with this pace it may not be able to keep any customer for long.
