APS college of Engineering, Bangalore
Not acceting resignation, hence not returing educational certicate & PF

Hi

I joined as lecturer in APS college of engineering, I worked for an year. I left the college for my higher studies, at the time of leaving the college i gave resignation, now the college authorities are telling they haven't received the resignation letter, and they are not giving my original educational certificates and PF. What should i do?
