Ticket Refund

I have booked APSTRC Garuda Bus ticket on June 17th from Tirupathi to Bengalure..the bus was to start @ 4:00 PM. after waiting for over an hour, to my shokcing I was said that service for the bus was stopped from past 3 days..and I was able to find out only when i met the manager.

I borded KASRTC bus and went to Bengalure..one part of the story

Now second part starts with refund of the ticket..I was scharged 748 rs for two tickets (Ticket No : 1568535) inclusive of 18 Rs service charges. when I called up their No for refund they asked me to mail to

online.support@apstrconline.in, whith the ticket datils.. (which I have sent it on June 17th Itselt, reply for the mail awaited till today). And from the day I had called almost 20 times to them every time I call I get the same repply we will chech and we will get back to you tomrrow. This has been the issue from past 20 days..I am fed up of this.

While lodging this complaint I have called them up and the smae reply.. we will call you tomorrow.
