Delivery Issue - Dealer Rude, no response

I am thoroughly appalled by poor customer service by Times of India personnel. I had never expected such a horrendous experience with such a great group as Times of India. Here are details of the problem I have and complain I wish to raise.

I have taken a coupon with:

order no-NAF 038550

I never got proper delivery of newspaper continuously for last two months. Every week and many times every day, I had to face problem and the paper was not delivered. I have to call vendor 3-4 times to get the newspaper. Past 2 week has been extreme now, when I had to call every day to get the newspaper and still it was getting delivered after 10 am.

I have been raising this complain several time from past two moths to the area managers - V. Suresh (Ph no - 9710978817), Nandakumar (Ph no - 9790913397) and requested them to find a resolution or find a new vendor for the delivery.

Out of this, Suresh kept promising of resolution, but never acted on it.

But Nandakumar has been extremely rude and never talked properly. He has not tried to resolve the problem, instead just told me to adjust with poor service I was getting from the vendor.

This is the first time in my life I am having such an appalling experience for a such a simple thing as newspaper. I had taken the coupon in good faith thinking it is a good option and will help me reducing problem of settling the bill every month etc. But instead, it has just created a nuisance for me and getting a newspaper in the morning has become a annoying experience.

All this bad experience with newspaper vendor was topped with a very very poor response from your area managers Suresh and Nandakumar (especially Nandakumar, who not only failed to resolve the problem but also was extremely rude and challenged me to go and talk to anyone I want, he does not care.)

I have requested to get refund on my coupon amount paid to both of these guys and also raise complain to times helpline number on 18.06.2011. My complain number is 470768. Here also, I was told the problem will be resolved in 48 hrs but its already 96 hours since then and no resolution has come.

And definitely this warrant strict action against Nandakumar.

I never expected such an appalling experience from such an established group as Times of India.
