My name is Dr Gingu koshy george. I had subscibed to the Times of India, chennai edition when their people came knocking on my door on 20/01. on enquiry i was told that the paper would be delivered to me from febraury 1. to my dismay i found no newspaper at my doorstep on february 1. after repeated calls to a number provided by them i got through to their call centre who informed me that i had been misinformed and that the paper would start only on 14 april. but even till today dated 22/4/08 i did not receive a copy of the TOI chennai edition.
my order number is 2014833.
i can not believe that such a reputed company like the TOI doesnot have an online complaint email id or even that they would resort to such cheap tactics.
