My name is Elizabeth Jessan. My PF Account no. is Emp. TN/39394/44.

I worked with Corporate Media Men Advertising Pvt Ltd, Cochin from 16.11.2003 to 31.10.2011. Our Head Office was in Chennai and I am worked Cochin branch office.

I resigned from cochin branch office in the month of October 31. But till date my employer is not claimed my PF forms to the PF office. Is there any possibility to get my PF at the earliest.
