About prize

I went to Dainik Bhaskar office- Karnal today to know about the gift (iron) which i won in ur scheme coupon bhejo inaam jeeto but they dont give satisfactory answer and misbehaved.i won that prize on 25th of july but till today i don't know the date when i receive that prize. please look into this matter urgently because it makes a worst effect on the company's image.
