No home delivery and not avilable there

Dear Sir,

I have a gas connection with my name from HP gas agency. my consumer no is E 21357. I had made booking for refill on 10TH DEC '09 and cash memo no 4476. but concerned gas agency is not refilling my Gas Cylinder even after several requests. Kindly intervien.
