Indane Gas
Very late delivery of gas

I have booked my gas cylinder through ivr in indane gas, my consumer number is 29877 in the name of Deepak jain, R/o-rz-108, ist floor indira park, uttam nagar, delhi-59 & my agency is sunder shyam Enterprises, A-1 janakpuri.

i have received message that your gas book and cylinder will deliver shortly after that i received message that cash memo number 958 is generated on 5 july, now today is 16july i have not received my refill gas.

i logged complaint, they send message that cylinder has been delivered. i have visited two time at agency they told me that your cylinder will deliver in 2 days. everytime same problem.

is any solution against these type of problems.
