Not getting newspeper- Maharastra times

I had get the order receipt to get maharastra times by giving them check. Maharastra times is started on 7 Jan. But still now I am not getting the newspaper as they commited to me. I had complaint more than 15 times to their complaint department. But there is no effect on them. Pls do needfull for me
