not recieved my PF

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of MCCS (PVT) LTD.Associate company of star india pvt.ltd.

.I left the organisation in the year 2005. But i claimed my PF amount on oct. 2009. My company is saying that, they had already submitted my file to the PF office. But till date i didnot receive my PF amount. Please let me know the actual status and arrange to send my amount as soon as possible.
