I had joined Music India in Media Sales. They had come up with this channel Travel xp and have a common sales team for both. I had a pathetic experience with the company. There was no training as such and on the very first day they send us on the field without any knowledge of agencies and corporates. After joining, I came across the fact that there was no proper team and people usually left the company within a few weeks/months due to the torture. Didnt find anyone working der 4 a long tym. Everything is managed by the owners n u see dem shouting d whole day in the office. D atmosphere was so horrible. D sales head, a female, was soo very rude and demotivating. She stayed out f mumbai n used 2 sit der n call n shout at evry1. D v 1st week itself was very very annoying. Ders no travellin/mobile reimbursement and dey xpect u 2 visit 5 6 agencies in a day located at 2 ends f d city..dat too on ur own expense n den xpect u 2 cum bk n sit til late n call up (who d hell is goin 2 answr ur call aftr 7?). I had joined along with 3 others. I left d company as i couldnt handle sucha disgusting behaviour. Three oders left before me. They keep hiring n people keep leavin. Just a word f caution..U all certainly deserve something much better nd Music India/ Travel xp channel is not at al the right place 2 b.. God bless...
