I joined this company with lots of hopes as other engineers but realised that this was the biggest mistake of my life in joining the Mott MacDonald Hyderabad Highways division. This division is run by a dictator (Korivi Ramweshwar) who does nothing about his staff and threatens to all extents possible in getting things done his way. This is pure HELL. No wonder that 80% of the highways staff left this organisation in the last 10 months because of this one man and the count still goes on. Now he is promoted to delhi as a director and people who know about this in delhi have also started to resign. Majority of the team leaving in successive months cannot be wrong. Mott MacDonald India Highways have lost precious staff and ithe management turns a deaf year on the staff interests. We have kept loosing on all our bids in the last 5 months as we no longer have capable staff within us.
Think twice before you join the highways division in Mott MacDonald. Please speak to any highways staff before you join to confirm on the above.
