Not working

Hi Sir,

I bought a toy (Cradle Zoomer) for my kid and it costs about Rs.200 (MRP tag has been removed by the shop keeper - when i asked them they said MRP price will no be there for kids toys). The toy worked fine only for about 20 mins and after that it was not working.

My concern is the shop keeper is not keeping the quality goods and they are cheating the public by removing the price tag from the product.

I would request the consumer department to take immediate action on these type of people who are literally stealing the money from people without any fear.
