Sir,
we are residing at bharthiar street, prasanthi nagar (Near forward shoe company backside gate), chrompet, chennai-44. In our locality one church is playing alarm bell for every one hour with enormous sound more than 100 decibels, we are facing huge disturbance during this time, and they are playing this alarm with 6 xylophone speakers which is banned by govt, Even several peoples are requested to them but no respond from church organisation. Lot of kids are mentally affecting of this noise
kindly take the necessary action
