I got a call to change the my vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid connection, after my confirmation they send a boy to take my ID and two photo and 250 Rs.then I got a call for address verification and after verify my address nobody respond me what happen why my no is not converted in postpaid, nobody pick the call. almost 20 days past after address verification.
can anybody help me.
