Street Dogs

I am living in E Block, Mansarover garden, Delhi-15. The street dogs in our locality are building day by day and they are atleast 15 dogs in our locality. They have made our life miserable barking and biting are their hobbies. Many passer by are attacked by them and we fear to move.
