I had made Electronic transfer on 14/8, member ship no: 6679386 by your cheque no: 88219121 for Indian Rs. 30, 000/= to my current account no: 0481103120992 with Canara Bank, Balussery [00866], Kozhikode district, Kerala - India. As per my enquiry, it was not reached into my account and given a stop payment from my side.
By this, i am requesting to issue a duplicate cheque/on line transfer /DD towards to meet my financial urgent requirements as now I am in India on vocation.
Pls. treat this as a top priority to do the further needful for issuing the same by your good office.
