Noise pollution in resident colony

Dear Sir

i am gaurav saxena resident of Housing Board Colony B.R.S nagar Ludhiana. My family, I and some of our neighbour suffering from the noise pollution these days due to our neighbour work. He is a carpenter n he is using some kind of machine of his work which produces a lot of noise n they keep on working the whole day. Due to which we have to bear lot of problem some time we even can't listen the phone call received by us n can't answer them properly due to that noise. This noise also disturb us n we even can't sleep at noon time. Moreover it affect our listening capability. So please take some immidiate action to restrain them for producing that illtolerable noise.n it is also illegal to do such kind of work in a residential area.
