House tax fraud

My neighbour Mr. Kurian Alexander Resident of H.No. B-3, 66, HUDA Colony, Chandanagar was an ex-service man. So he was exewmpted from paying house tax. However he expired three years back. Even before his death the house was given out for rent. This is true even today. They are collecting a monthly rental of Rs.6000/-

I understand that if the house is let out the opwner has to pay tax and he has no right for exemption. Hence I request you take necessary action against the house tax evasion and collectr the dues for the last four years.
