In Bangalore if you want a flat in rent first you have to pay advance money which is 10 months of your rent. I.e. if you flat monthly rent is 10, 000 then you have to pay 100, 000. And every month you have pay rent which is a normal thing in business.
Now there is no count on amount of unpaid tax by the house owners and all those money which are not recorded anywhere that this also a reason for down fall. Most of the house owner's are working and earning their salaries and besides too that they are collecting and none of them paying TAX against the house rent. And till now there is no one follow up with this issues.
House owner use to increase their rent as per there wish and no one will take care off.
All the house owners of India are running an unregistered farm and because of that they are not paying any TAX for that. Many house owners are earning more than 9 lakhs per year and the entire amount is a profit, then why there is no TAX, no balance sheet?
