Myself Kasinath Dash a consumer of INDANE Gas having consumer no-55883, in BHUBANESWAR Gas, booking for a gas cylinder 12 days before. When I contacted today by phone they have answered us your gas cylinder has returned back on dt 09/02. I told that Ground floor was closed yesterday, I am staying in PLOT NO-99/17A, IST FLOORE, ROAD NO-10, MAHAVIR NAGAR, SAMANTARAPUR, BHUBANESWAR, kindly send a new cylinder tomorrow. But BHUBANESWAR GAS denied me .kindly consider my case
