Dear sir,

I Bimla Devi a senior citizen of 76 years living only with my husband of 85 years in A/389. The corner unoccupied place of our flat is muddy. we want there to plant saplings and trees. For that we asked for the MCD employees but they said us to wait for the monsoon. The matter does not end here on the other side, the shop owner"Ramesh Bali" is threatening us that he will break our sever lines not only this he is using abusive language with us. he is saying that he can do whatever he want. he said us that he will make pucca floor here so that he will put its kerosene oil drum and water bottles which is risky to be kept, that is why we are demanding to plant trees and saplings. we have also lodged complaint against him, the MCD employee came here and on behalf of Ramesh Bali he filed a chalaan against us, and also spoke to us in abusive language.this is something which is unexpected we are senior citizen where we shall go, what is our fault just this much that we want to have plants at that place and and we have to undergo abusive language. Today he has started making pucca floor so please help us as soon as possible.
