Illegal constrution

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Prem Chand Solanki and I want to complaint for illegal constrution. I live in 1st floor 2/8, Harijan Basti, Anand Parvat Industries Area, New Rohtak Road I have complaint also same address on ground floor they have made illegal toilet on front of the street and one kitchen also they sit there till late night they make noise we are really upset because they make noise late night and i am heart patient please take action for illegal constrution.
