I am residence of Aashiyana Triveni Hou Soc, Pune for the last 5yrs, my neighbour is also residing since then, we had no issues till date. Recently my wife has undergone eye operation on both the eyes so, she is not working, she is at home. A week before X'mas my neighbour started his flat interiors, like painting, elecrical fittings etc. Since they were doing canseal wiring they had to dig (rows) holes & do cutting /drilling work, which caused damaged to our wall for which my wife spoke to the owner he said he will stop but continued till he finished, later in the evening when I came back from work I too spoke to him, he said its over. In the evening his wife came & spoke and also apologised for what happened, later in the night the husband came drunk & started using abusive & foul language for which we informed our society, they too came & spoke to him. Later on he started abusing practically everyday & continues to use drill machine every night & later drink & use abusive language. Please advice help.
