Unauthorized & illegal Construction Over Roof Top by Owners of Second Floor of Flat S-119, Parampuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 is going on inspite of Repeated complaints to MCD (Complaint No. 08/P dated 01-04) Rajouri Garden, MCD complaint at Najafgarh (Complaint No. 08 dated 01-04) and Complaint to Bindapur Police Station dated 28-03 and repeated MCD toll free complaint with reminders 17193 dated 09-03, 18149 dated 28-03, 2540 dated 01-04 and etc.
This is for your prompt and urgent intervention and demolition of the Unauthorized Construction to avoid the imminent danger to the living residents and nearby which is in progress today from 3 p.m. inspite of complaint to Executive Engineer Building Rajouri Garden, West Zone MCD and police 100 No., Channel No. 110.
NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL TO DATE AND TIME.
