Hi
I had bought a Bed side cot with wheels from your Mother care shop.
One of the wheel has broken and one plastic clip which holds the side wall which goes up and down has broken.
I would request you to provide me the parts for the above. I tried going to the shop and they are unable to provide me with the above parts.
Since I have bought a reputed brand product I expect little after sales service from your end.
I called on all possible number to get in touch with your executives but they do not come online.
If this is the service you are providing for such a brand i request you to put in the news paper that we do not give after sales service.
I had even been to Mother care at Phoenix Mill, Lowe Parel which has just opened up and I get answer from their executive that this product
is not purchased from our shop and they have opened this shop few months back. So I have to go to the shop where I purchased it from. they were not even interested in understanding what I wanted. Just said we do not provide parts for the products which are not purchased from the shop at Phoenix Mill Mother Care.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve my problem.
