My neighbour (Mr. Nagaraj, No.81, ) has constructing illegally without leaving setbacks adjusted to my house wall, (from this no proper air, sunlight and no ventilation) and not even bothered to do proper precaution during construction, even though several written complaints lodged on 29-12-09, 05-01-10 to the Assistant Engg of BBMP - Bangalore
No action has been taken till now, and BBMP officials not bother to visit the site, he is continuing his construction by creating several problems,
hence we are requesting you to please look in to the matter urgently and do the justice as early as possible
