Neighbour Creating Problem
Neighbour occupying part of the Public road

Iam a Resident from Raja Rajeshwari Nagar constituency, Bengaluru. Our house is a dead-end and we have few feet access to the Public Road. Some portion (5 feet) of the public road is already encroached by our neighbor.

Apart from this, the same neighbor trouble us by parking the car deliberately in of our gate - and not providing public road access. We requested many times, not to park and trouble us. They are not in the position to listen to us or higher/seniors in our locality.

Please let us know,

1) whom to approach and how this problem can be solved amicably.

2) Also, it will good, if you let me know the rules/laws applicable regarding parking vehicles near

dead-end house.

3) Rules/laws to be followed by the neighbors.
