Songs played while trvelling in AC compartment

Dir Sir,

I am the regular travel from ac compartment but now day I see that songs are played in mobile or laptop without thinking that some one taking rest or they just want peaceful atmosphere so they should not allowed to play on external speaker they can hear on earphone or headphone.

if it made rule we can travel peacefully
