Sir/Madam,

I am a student of Aryabhatt College of Engg. and Tech. Daula Baghpat. Sir/Madam I am in BTech third year and I belong to a poor family. I need the scholorship provided by samaj kalyan vibhag. Iapllied every yaer but i could not get the cholorship.

Some people are asking for money if i request them.

Sir/Madam please take the appropriate action. Ishall be highly obliged of you.
