Passport not received till date

My daughter applied for passport on 2.2. name avanti nagaraj. file no. HYD- W250641 -11. Also my daughter met passport office incharge and done modification as per their advise. But still not received the passport till date. Please despatch the same. Want write to GRE aexam. Your immediate help will solve my problem.v Also there is not updation in Internet from
