I need to register my complaint for this passport agent called BABA Enterprises owned by Mr. Gulshan Arora (08802011668 & 9582222456) a fraud passport agent I had contacted them for the same and paid INR 4000 as passport fee & gave my documents for the same as well. I have contacted him so many times for the file number for verification and record. After 2 months of my rigourous follow ups this guy Gulshan gave me a the file number which he had submitted after almost 30 days later from the day i hadned over the money and documents that too in `GENERAL` quota which i had clearly told him to put in TATKAL quota which is why i paid him more moeny in the first place. Then i went to my local police station to meet with the vitrifaction inspector and got my clearance as he a openly asked for bribe for early clearance, and when i said my agent would have paid him already, he said that he neither has got any money from no one regarding this specific file and if i don`t pay him then and their he will put me under dispute and it is most likely that i wont get to have a passport ever, so made the payment and luckily My police verifications were cleared within a weeks time ..Since last 10 days this gulshan guy of Baba enterprise is not taking my calls nor responding. I had tried calling them from different numbers as well. Gulshan picked up the call a thinking it is some new person. He then gave me number of another one of his associate to follow up, whose name he did not mention on this number (9873324470). This guy is threatening me that if i don`t pay i won`t get my passport!!!
pls help me, get these guys off the market!!

This person being the owner is highly irresponsible. He is a crook & a big liar, Please help me how can take a legal action against him.
