Duplicate pan card not received
I dodleti bala venkateswara prasad had pan card bearing number AFJPD2467A and applied for new one, due to the old card was teared. I had applied for the new card on 29.09. even now I have not received. When I contact concerned persons by phone at Chennai and New Delhi (020 27218080/01242438000) they told me that 2 pan cards are issued to me, for that PAN NO.AFJPD2467A was deactivated. Actually I received only one card which i said the above no at Srikalahasti in the year 1998. So I kindly request to issue a new card to the following address.(Ref:030520500022633)
