Late delivery of gas

Espected sir

i am a customer of hp gas service from last 8 years.we are under balmiki gas service, vikas nagar, kanpur.we booked our gas on 8th nov personally, the incharge person in the office there promised the delivery within 10 to 12 days.now today is 3rd dec and still we are waiting for the delivery of our gas.we call balmiki office atleast 5 days a day, half of the time they don, t pick up the phone, and whenever picks up they make false promisis about the delivery.my consumer number is 608970.

i request you to take the necessary action regarding my problem, i shall be greatly thankful to your good self.

as a consumer we expect a fast action from your side.
