Bandra Bhavnagar express
Carrying money in cash

While disembarking at Bhavnagar on the 22nd January at Bhavnagar terminus in Gujrat by the Bandra-Bhavnagar Express, my baggage was scrutinised by the Railway Protection Force and he found me carrying 70, 000/- indian rupees which i had taken from my 3 ATM cards a few days before in Mumbai and had counter slips to prove that it was my hard earned money which i wanted to give it to my friend who was getting married, but this stupid police two of them were asking like fools to show me how i got this sort of money.

When i showed them the slip he insisted on asking me if i had "C Form" Now what is this? am i being made a fool? After a lot of bla bla i told him i need to talk to his seniors where he then released me. But is this sort of harassment supportive?

Indian railways should open a site with rules and regulation book made available on internet or otherwise in booklet form, to all DO's And Dont'ts under their rules and regualation Act.
