Here by informed that in Col. 2. it is written as income from house property RS. 29754.00. In my form No. 16 at Col. No. 7 I have written as HBA interest under section 24 Rs. 29754.00. It is actually interst paid on house building advance. Insted of allowing the rebate your dept has considered this as an income. So I request you to please give rebate and hence after this rebate I need not have to pay additional tax of Rs.23458.00 as demanded by your Dept.

Whatever I have paid total tax Rs. 30452.00 is Correct. Kindly accept this correction and confirm this correctness
