Dear Sir/Ma'am
There is a website by name www.bangaloreonlineflorists.com which allows customers to order gift items & promises to deliver it on the same day anywhere in bangalore. This website allows users to book orders & make the payment by credit/debit card before the delivery.
I had ordered few gift itmes worth Rs. 844.00 on 11/05 @ 10.30 am which was supposed to be delivered by noon. Once after the payment was done I did not get any kind of confirmation about the dlivery till late afternoon. So, when I tried calling up on the number mentioned in the website which turned out to be a wrong number. I did not even receive any reply to the email which I sent to the id mentioned in the website.
Somehow from google I found out couple numbers of the executives. There response to my queries was not satisfactory & also they were very rude. Since the order was not received till late evening, I asked them to cancel the order & refund the money back to my credit card account, they refused to do that saying that even if we cancel the order, the money would not be refunded.
