I am unable to check the status of my Passport Application on the Bangalore Passport Office webpage

My Passport File No. is B18046310

Date of Submission: 23 - July - 2010

Even though it has been 28 days since I submitted my passport application, I am unable to check the status of my passport application on the webpage of the Bangalore Passport Office.

I am unable to get through to any of the passport office staff on any of the telephone numbers that I have been given and even my e-mail messages to the PRO are not being delivered due to "over quota".

How do I check on what is the latest update w.r.t. my passport application? I cannot e-mail them / call them and my passport application file number doesn't show up on their application status page - what do I do?
