I am Mohammed Firos Khan, i had applied for my passport application date was 18/06/08, File Reference Number: B01813508, My Date of birth 16/05/1986, i born in bangalore, but as i am staying with my parents in rented house i dont have one year stay at the same address, the address from where i appleid for passport in 2008 from there i shifted my residence.
And from 1st March i am staying in a new address. in the month of Feb i went to pass port office enquired as the status online was showing as Police Verification not Received.they told me to get One year stay proof. and a letter from my company.
But after i came from the passport office the Status changed to 'Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing.'so i was waiting for the passport but i didn't get.
And on 19 May i visited the Passport office and enquired regarding the same. but at the counter they told me to drop me the below mentioned documents in the dropbox placed outside the Office..and they also said with in 15 days you will get your passport.
1.PP Form. 2
2.Request Letter
3.Attested Copy of House Rental Agreement (Residing at the present address from 1st March)
4.Attested Copy of Ration Card
5.Reference Letter From Working Company (Working at the Same company from 8th September)
Still i didn't get my passport. Can you please help me to get my Passport as i am waiting from a very long time
