Dear sir, i am amit sethi i have applied for my passport on21/12 file no 09464909 and today is 05/04 havent recieved my passport. in the month of march d.i.b mr pradyut roy did the enquiry i have given him all the documents which was needed like address proof, birth certificate etc he said all documents are ok. after waiting for four-five months i contacted the d.i.b reason for delay .the answer was i have send the report to barasat passport office the delay is from thier side. i contacted barasat passport office barasat. the reply was report is not been sent. on 26/11 i got a letter to submit a p.p form. which i did. till now i m waiting for the enquiry . sir i request you to look in the matter.
