Drainage is dumped on the road

This is regarding the drainage cleared in the Sarakki Main Road J.P.Nagar I Phase Vysya Bank Colony, the BBMP people cleared the drainage and have put the drained particles outside on the road which is piled up to block the road and also the smell is unbearable, from almost a week it is lying ther and nobody is bothered to clear it, We called up the local corporator he never picks up the call, we enquired with the local cleaning BBMP authority they say they wont do it, whom should we approach to clear this drainage garbage which stinks and may lead to health hazzards
