Non availability of the office

I went to pay the House Tax to the nearby BBMP office.

everytime i go, i find that officer not at his seat. Once he was present, but he was aking unnecessary document to bring... simply asking to change the payment check date...

I roamed around for 20 days to pay the tax... got fed up wit this... this is the second year i am facing the same problem... his name is Jagadish, he is in Vidyaranyapura BBMP, his contact no is 9448403933.

wen I started to complain that he will not be available... he screamed at me and sent me offffff...
