BDA vacant site cleaning

Hello,

I am staying just behind banaswadi police station in bangalore, The BDA corner site is vacant and it is full of garbage and big trees/shrubs. People who come to police station use it to answer natures call and people who stay opposite the site is throwing garbage from 2nd and 3rd floors... the site is stinking and causing health hazards to people around. Dogs are carrying kids pampers and sanitary napkins and the garbage onto the roads. Immediate attention is required by the concerned authorities and even people should be fined for throwing garbage in empty site. Hoping somebody would take notice and get the site cleaned.
