Here goes my details,

We got a Electricity Bill stating amount due to be paid as Rs1238 / - . due date was 30th May. We made the payment through Cheque. Due to some reasons the payments has not got processed. Later during the 1st week of the June we got to know that payment has gone, because a guy from Bescom came and informed about the amount due. At that time we were not aware of this cheque not getting processed. He asked the receipt, i showed it. Later today, i.e., 15th of june we got a bill of amount stating Rs 2238 / - . At the same time he has taken away the Fuse with him without prior intimation or even with the spot intimation. This is one of the worst service which i have recieved from Bescom. The organisation which is not prompt in providing electricity through out the day. when coming to payment of dues, who that idoiot has given the permission to take away the fuse and disconnect the electricity from my house. Please do look into this and take necessary actions.
