DEAR SIR,
THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
HERE, I HAVE BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY ON 04/10. But they yet to deliver the cylinder even after 17 days after booking.
The local agency people confirmed that they will deliver the cylinder in 10 -15 days at the time of booking.
I have Single cylinder connection and its very difficult to manage 17 days without the GAS cylinder.
Even I have spoken with their Regional Sales Officer twice regarding this. She is telling the the GAS cylinder will be delivered based on the Demand/Supply and So she can not do anything on this. No one from Bharat GAS is ready to help for timely delivery of the cylinder
Below are my concerns.
1) I would like to have the GAS cylinder with in 15 days from the date of booking... To whom I should contact for the same.
2) I would like to make public compliant against Bharat GAS as they didn't deliver the GAS cylinder with in the time line.
Please help me to sort out this issue.
