2000 charge for no parking

I rohit bhorde haveing an indica

under section 119/177 for no parking fine should charge 100 150 Rs but yestreday in pune shastrinagar yarawada police charged me Rs2000 for no parking and vehicle was not park in no parking the driver stop vehicle

for 2 min in no parking because there is rain fall and he was cleaning the front glass of vehicle immdiate police came and sat in the vehicle and took the vehicle to police station

i request him that sir i was just cleaning the glass i have not park so please fogeive me he say no pay 2 thousand immdiately
