Delay in passport

Sir/madam,

This is pabbathi harish kumar with passport file reference number HYDW25249510. I had applied for the fresh passport on 16-4 through the GPO HYDERABAD and the status from then on is "File Reference Number (HYD-W252495-10) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
